20 tph limestone mill production line for the desulfurization in power plants

Dawn produces LM vertical mills, which is used to process 200-mesh power plant desulfurized limestone powder. The calcium desulfurization process is sprayed in the furnace, and an additional humidification section is added to the boiler to improve the desulfurization efficiency.The capacity is 20 tons per hour, and the detailed configuration is as follows:

Mill configuration: vertical mill, main motor power 280KW.

Finished product size: 200 mesh = D80

Production capacity: 18-20 t/h

The limestone vertical mill feeds a particle size of 30-40 mm and the final particle size of the product is approximately 80-425 mesh/200-33 microns. Vertical mill mainly used in the processing of limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, calcium carbonate, gypsum, bentonite and other ore materials.

In addition to the vertical mill, Dawn produces Raymond mill, trapezoidal mill and ultra-fine mill, etc. Our equipment can produce 80-2500 mesh coarse powder, fine powder, ultra-fine powder, etc.
