Vertical grinding pyrophyllite process flow:
1. Crushing: Large pieces of pyrophyllite are transported to the raw material warehouse by special vehicles, and then the materials are sent to the
jaw crusher by a forklift for crushing until they are smaller than the maximum feed size of the grinding mill.
2. Grinding: The crushed pyrophyllite small pieces are sent to the storage hopper through the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of
the mill uniformly and quantitatively through the feeder for grinding.
3. Classification: The ground materials are classified by the classification system. Qualified products are screened by the screening system and then
enter the pulse collector through the pipeline. Unqualified products fall back into the grinding chamber to continue grinding.
4. Collection: Powder that meets the fineness enters the dust collector with the air flow through the pipe for separation and collection. The collected
finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveyor through the discharge port, and then unified using a powder loading tanker or
automatic baling machine. Package.
