1. Strictly control the size and hardness of the feed: During the production process, the size and hardness of the feed should be strictly controlled to prevent hard or large materials from entering the crushing chamber. The feed can be preliminarily screened by setting up screening equipment to ensure that the material meets the crushing requirements.

2. Adjust the equipment design: For the jamming and non-discharging caused by equipment design problems, measures can be taken to adjust the equipment design. For example, adjust the size of the jaw plate and toggle plate, optimize the position of the tooth seat, etc., to improve the crushing effect of the equipment.

3. Keep the transmission belt tight and clean: During use, the transmission belt should be kept tight to avoid a decrease in driving capacity due to looseness; at the same time, the debris on the transmission belt should be cleaned regularly to keep it clean and smooth to reduce resistance during transmission.
