Liming Supports Landmark Hydropower Project in Northern Henan,China

In the construction of the largest single-unit energy project in northern Henan—the Linzhou Hydropower Station—Liming proudly partnered with Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co., Ltd to help create a model tunnel spoil sand and gravel processing system.

Nestled in the rugged terrain of the Taihang Mountains, the project faced complex geological conditions and a highly challenging construction environment. Drawing on its deep technical expertise, Liming delivered a carefully planned solution, equipping the project with advanced crushing and screening technology.

Key equipment deployed included the F5X vibrating feeder, C5X jaw crusher, HST hydraulic cone crusher, VSI6X sand maker, S5X vibrating screen, SL linear dewatering screen, and spiral sand washers.

These state-of-the-art machines formed a 300 tph intelligent, eco-friendly wet sand and gravel production line. Through optimized equipment configuration and process design, tunnel waste is efficiently transformed into high-value construction aggregates—contributing to both environmental sustainability and project cost-efficiency.

From initial crushing and precise screening to washing and dewatering, every step of the process is tightly controlled. This ensures consistent, high-quality output across a range of specifications: 0–5mm, 5–12mm, 5–20mm, 20–40mm, and 40–80mm. The result is a reliable supply of premium materials that support rapid progress and high-quality outcomes for the hydropower station project.
