Liming’s Complete Hard Rock Crushing Plant Shipped to Uzbekistan

      As the Belt and Road Initiative continues to drive regional development, Uzbekistan—a Central Asian country rich in mineral resources—is accelerating infrastructure development and the upgrading of its building materials industry.

      Recently, Liming Heavy Industry successfully shipped a granite crushing production line tailor-made for a client in Uzbekistan. Designed with a capacity of 200 tons per hour (t/h), the production line includes: GF1245 Vibrating Feeder, PE750×1060 Jaw Crusher, HPT300 Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher, and S5X2460 Circular Vibrating Screen.

PART.01.A Tailor-Made Solution

　　Uzbekistan boasts substantial granite and marble deposits, with reserves sufficient to sustain mining operations for over a century. This project leverages these local resources through a multi-stage crushing and screening process specifically engineered to handle the high hardness and abrasiveness of granite.

PART.02.Optimized for Hard Rock

　　Given the high hardness of granite, we have implemented a high-performance "Jaw + Cone" circuit. Every unit in this configuration is selected for durability and precision.

      01.Precision Feeding

　　The process begins with the GF1245. Equipped with a double-deck grizzly design, it ensures a continuous, uniform material flow. By pre-screening fines and small fragments, the feeder effectively prevents cavity blockages in the primary crusher and optimizes overall system throughput.

　　02.Primary Crushing

　　The PE-series jaw crusher acts as the primary crushing stage.

　　Engineered for materials with compressive strengths up to 320 MPa, it offers a high reduction ratio and rugged structural integrity, ensuring consistent stability in demanding quarrying conditions.

　　03.Core Secondary Crushing

　　The HPT300 serves as the heart of the plant. It utilizes interparticle (laminated) crushing technology, which significantly increases the proportion of cubical particles in the final aggregate while reducing the percentage of flaky or elongated particles.

　　Operational Flexibility: The integrated hydraulic system allows for real-time adjustments to the discharge opening to meet precise product specifications.

　　Economic Value: The interparticle crushing principle minimizes wear on mantle and concave liners, extending service life and significantly reducing total cost of ownership.

　　04.Accurate Classification

　　The final product is graded by the S5X2460 circular vibrating screen, powered by an SV high-performance exciter.

　　With a 2400×6000 mm screening deck, it delivers high-efficiency separation into standard fractions (e.g., 0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm), meeting the rigorous standards required for high-rise construction, highway development, and water conservancy projects.
