Because the silicon content of river stone is relatively high, the biggest problem of the production line is that the wear-resistant parts are easy to wear, so the pebble crushing should use lamination equipment and multi-stage crushing scheme as much as possible.

The process of making pebble into sand is divided into three parts. The first is coarse crushing of pebble, the second is medium and fine crushing, and the last is sand making module. After coarse crushing, the coarsely crushed pebbles are screened by vibrating screen, and then conveyed by belt conveyor to impact crusher or cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. After the river pebbles sent to the cone crusher are crushed in medium and fine, the circular vibrating screen is used for screening, and the larger particles of the river pebbles are returned to the cone crusher to be broken again. The crushed pebbles are sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping.
