Especially after the production is completed, the lubricating oil must be added or replaced to prevent lubrication and solidification; in addition, the surface of the motor must be wiped with antifreeze oil.

2. In winter, the bearing is also one of the parts that are very prone to failure. On the one hand, it is necessary to prevent the bearing from weathering and corrosion, and to prevent the bearing from cracking due to freezing. In addition to coating the bearing surface with antifreeze oil, it is also necessary to ensure that the bearing temperature is stable.

3. Other wearing parts of the crusher also need to wipe the antifreeze oil, and at the same time check the wear of the parts, because the damage rate of the parts in winter is much higher than in other seasons.

4. When starting the crusher in winter, it is forbidden to start the machine directly. First, it needs to be preheated. When the temperature of the machine reaches a certain requirement, start it again, which can prevent the motor from being burned by directly starting the crusher.

5. During the shutdown period of the crusher, try to place the machine indoors or other special shutdown rooms.
