With the rapid development of modern science and technology, bentonite has been used in metallurgy, steel, feed, cosmetics, papermaking, medicine, chemical, petroleum and other industries as raw materials or additives for related products.

Production process:
1 Bentonite ore is used in steel, metallurgy, chemical, paper, and pharmaceutical industries.

2 Broken bentonite has a Mohs hardness of 1 to 2, which is a soft non-metallic mineral and can be initially crushed.

3 Drying can be natural or heated to remove moisture (water content ≤12%-6%). To prevent changes in the properties of bentonite caused by changes in the structure of montmorillonite, the drying temperature should be lower than 250°C and the time should not be too long.

4 Grinding is in order to meet the requirements of higher fineness of bentonite in industries such as papermaking, plastics and rubber products. Bentonite grinding equipment usually can choose European version mills, overpressure trapezoidal mills and vertical mills for grinding processing.

5 Packaging The finished materials are packaged and sent to the market.
