South Africa ranks among the world's leaders in both diamond reserves and production. Large-scale diamond mining and processing generate significant amounts of diamond waste; however, this waste can be transformed into valuable resources through proper utilization. This project utilizes a mobile processing plant to convert diamond waste into finished materials suitable for road and building construction. The configuration provided to the client includes the Y3S23G93E46Y55B mobile plant: a GZD vibrating feeder conveys diamond waste (sized below 720mm) to a PE400×600 jaw crusher and a PYB900 cone crusher for primary and secondary crushing, while a YZS circular vibrating screen separates the material into the specific finished construction products required by the client.
