During the recent site visit by Dawn Heavy Industries’ grinding machine quality team, they visited a large-scale NdFeB recycling and utilization project in China. In the early stages of the project, the customer set high standards for the powder-making process. With high-quality powder grinding equipment and advanced technology, as well as a comprehensive after-sales service guarantee system, Dawn Heavy Industries won the customer’s recognition. The entire project was built quickly, smoothly commissioned, and delivered with high quality, and it has been in full production since, producing high-quality NdFeB recycled materials with strong market demand. The project can achieve an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan, and is the leading enterprise in the domestic NdFeB recycling industry.

The project adopted intelligent batching, multi-layer roasting, and the LM vertical roller mill system of Dawn Heavy Industries for powder grinding, ultimately producing mixed rare earth oxides. The entire production system is efficient, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and highly automated.
