Project technology and configuration

The project includes two sets of machine-made sand production lines, 400T/H granite dry sand production line and 200T/H weathered granite wet sand production line

Processing material: Granite, weathered rock

Feed particle size: 0—800mm (granite), 0—200mm (weathered rock, 0—5mm: 70%—80%)

Yield: 400T/H fine sand+200T/H washed sand

Discharge particle size: 0—4.75mm

Device Configuration: 1 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, 1 impact crusher and feeder, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, sewage treatment system and other supporting facilities
