The Soft stone crushing plant
The soft stone usually refers to the stone like limestone, marble, talc, gypsum, calcite, phosphorite, etc.
The classic production line for the soft stone is JAW CRUSHER (primary crusher) +
IMPACT CRUSHER (secondary crusher), and with the auxiliaries of vibrating feeder, vibrating screen & belt conveyors.
The detailed production line explanation is as following:
The stone will be fed into jaw crusher for primary crushing through vibrating feeder.
The discharged material will be conveyed into impact crusher for secondary crushing.
The products discharged from the impact crusher will be conveyed into vibrating screen for separation to get the required sizes. The oversize products will be back to impact crusher for re-crushing until all the final products reach the final requirement.
The advantages of impact crusher as secondary crusher:
The impact crusher crush the stone with the impacting energy, so the products discharged
from the impact crusher are of good cubic shape.
