Preparatory stage before grinding
Pre-preparation stage before calcite grinding generally includes two steps. For the preparation of calcite, the calcite first needs to be washed with water to remove impurities, dried and sent to the raw material warehouse; the second is the pre-crushing stage, which is generally divided into one-stage crushing and two-stage crushing according to the needs of users and different subsequent processes. , First use the jaw crusher for rough crushing, and then if the particle size is too large to meet the maximum feeding particle size of the subsequent grinding equipment, secondary crushing is required. In the secondary crushing, a cone crusher or a counterattack type is generally used. The crusher performs fine crushing of the calcite, so that the crushed materials are sent to the raw material storage by the bucket elevator for use.

Grinding and screening in the milling stage
After the completion of the required procedure, the fine materials are quantitatively fed into the calcite mill by the belt conveyor and the vibrating feeder for grinding. The grinding equipment is also different. Take the HGM series micro-powder mill as an example. The material is scattered to the periphery of the circle under the centrifugal force, and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring to be punched, rolled, ground and crushed by the ring roller. The material enters the second and third layers after being pulverized by the first layer, and the coarse powder after being pulverized by the third layer is brought into the classifier. At this time, the powder separator is classified, and the rotating turbine in the powder separator makes the coarse-grained materials fall back for regrinding, thus completing a production cycle. Then the cycle goes back and forth, to produce. Calcite powder is prepared in this way.
