1, Building materials and construction industry

b: Used as a co-solvent and scavenger in the glass production process.

c: Used as filler in industrial production of plastics, rubber, coatings, asphalt, linoleum, etc.

d: Cast-in-place piles and deep stirring piles are used as large expansion materials to increase frictional resistance.

2, chemical industry
a. used for the production of sulfuric acid, with the production of light cement.

b. used for the production of ammonium sulfate, with the production of light calcium carbonate.

3, agriculture
a. Improve the soil, adjust the pH, suitable for soil improvement such as saline-alkali land and red soil.

b. used as calcium and sulfur compound mineral fertilizer in the cultivation of edible fungi to adjust the pH of the medium.

c. used as compound mineral feed additive in poultry and livestock feed.

Lithium mine extraction process

1. Common types of lithium ore
1) Spodumene, mainly lithium-containing primary ore, ore Mohs hardness 6 (limestone is 3-3.5, quartz is 7), density 2.7-2.9t/m³, grade mainly depends on lithium oxide content, generally 1-6 %;
2) Lepidolite, mica-like minerals, another major category of lithium minerals, has low hardness and low density, and the content of lithium oxide is generally lower than that of spodumene;
3) Lithium in salt lakes is mainly sourced from lake water with high salinity and does not need to be broken.

Silica Sand Processing Plant

Silica sand process flow
Crushing:

The mined silica sand (quartz sand) ore is continuously fed into the coarse jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, and then the particles after primary crushing are sent to the fine jaw crusher by the belt conveyor for re-crushing, and the crushed silica sand particles are sent to the vibrating screen for screening and grading.

Sand making:

After the screening process, the quartz sand particles that meet the feeding particle size requirements of the vertical shaft impact crusher enter the sand making machine for sand making process, and those that do not meet the requirements are returned to the crusher for re-crushing.

Screening:

The qualified silica sand particles from the sand making machine are returned to the circular vibrating screen for re-screening, the materials that meet the requirements go to the next process, and the materials that do not meet the requirements are returned to the sand making machine for sand making and crushing again;

Sand washing:

The produced silica sand is sent to the sand washing machine by the belt conveyor for cleaning, and the cleaned silica sand is sent to the finished product pile.

Calcium carbonate milling process (20-3250 mesh)

Calcium carbonate milling is generally divided into calcium carbonate coarse powder processing (0-3MM), fine powder processing (20 mesh-400 mesh), and ultra-fine powder processing of calcium carbonate (400 mesh-1250 mesh) and micro powder processing (1250 mesh) -3250 mesh) four types.

Stage 1: Crushing
The calcium carbonate bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.

Stage 2: Grinding
The crushed small pieces of calcium carbonate material are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill evenly and quantitatively by the vibrating feeder for grinding.
For fine powder processing, LM vertical roller mill, MTW European version mill and 5X European version intelligent mill can be used;
MW ring roller micro-powder mill and LUM ultra-fine vertical mill can be used for superfine powder processing; CM European coarse powder mill can be used for coarse powder processing.
