Developed independently by Liming Heavy Industry, the SL Series Linear Vibrating Screen builds upon years of expertise in the design, manufacturing, and application of screening equipment. Incorporating advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources, the SL Series offers a simple and compact structure, high throughput capacity, and minimal maintenance requirements, earning widespread recognition from users.
Advantages:
The SL linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors or dual-shaft exciters (featuring four SV exciters or side-mounted motors) that rotate in opposite directions to achieve self-synchronous vibration. As the eccentric blocks rotate, they generate a rated exciting force that drives the screen body to vibrate linearly. The material is projected and moves forward in a straight line along the screen surface. With its high-frequency (1000–1500 rpm) and low-amplitude operation, the screen delivers outstanding performance in dewatering, desliming, and fine classification.
