Project technology and configuration

The materials are conveyed by GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder and GZD1500×6000 vibrating feeder to PE900×1200 jaw crusher and PE1200×1500 jaw crusher respectively for coarse crushing, and the coarsely crushed materials are transferred through underground No. 1  silo enters the HST315 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. After being sieved by four 3YZS2675 circular vibrating screens, the material with a particle size greater than 36mm and 38mm will enter two HPT500 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers through the No. 2 underground transfer silo. After medium and fine crushing, the crushed materials are sieved by the vibrating screen, and the materials of 5-24mm are then sent to the 5X1145 sand making machine for shaping and screening, and then sieved by two 3YZS2675 circular vibrating screens.

The final finished sand and gravel particle size is: 0-5mm, 3-5mm, 5-10-24-36-38mm.
